Please take into account that the shipping costs mentioned on this website do not include customs duties or taxes. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or other fees that her/his country imposes to take delivery of the order. Please, be informed on how your country handles these charges.

We aim to send out your order within 1-2 business days after purchase (if the item is in stock) and we estimate you will receive your order within 4-8 business days after the day it has been shipped. Orders placed in the weekend or holidays will be dispatched on the next following business day.
You will receive a notification from us in your e-mail when your order has been shipped out.
Even though we hope you will fall desperately in love with your order, we offer you the possibility to return it. We accept the return of the unworn and unwashed item for a refund or exchange within 14 days once the order is received. Please, take into account the returned item must be in its original condition, with its original labels and tags in order to receive a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition; is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence this processing time as this depends on your bank.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. We recommend using a tracked delivery method, as we will not be able to complete the refund if the package does not reach us safely.
